His professional career has seen him portray a couple of love-interest characters and he's appeared in some action films. He developed an interest in acting and performing when the age of his teens and tried his hand at stand-up comedy as a young man. He had a failed comedy career however this set the path for his career as an actor. Inability to make it in the field of comedy, he picked the job of a television cameraman in a cable station. It was while working there when he came to the realization that he actually wanted to be in front of the camera. After a couple of episodes on Mister Rogers Neighborhood, he was able to get a television part. An actor with natural talent, he gained popularity quickly on television. He embarked on an acting career in film with huge goals and gained a lot of fame with his comedic roles. The accolades grew when he portrayed Batman's eponymous character in Tim Burton's Batman. In time his acting ability developed and he was able to look into directing and producing. The 2014 Birdman film won him a number of nominations and awards.
